质量管理：

1、所有原辅料加工前必须经过检验，不合格的原辅料不得投入生产。 

2、加工工艺流程必须合理，各工序必须严格按照加工工艺规程和卫生要求进行操作，确保产品不受污染，符合卫生标准。

3、直接于油料接触的包装物（如PET瓶、瓶盖等）应有专用包装间，使用符合卫生要求的包装材料，包装人员的手在包装前要清洗消毒。

4、生产工具、容器、设备必须经常擦洗，保持清洁，直接接触油料用的工具、容器必须消毒。

5、生产单元必须设立封闭式垃圾存放地，并做到垃圾日产日清，经常保持环境整洁，班前、班后必须清扫，不得堆放杂物、垃圾。

6、车间、厂房等室内外环境清洁，无蚊蝇、老鼠孽生。有防蝇、灭蝇、防鼠、灭鼠及灭蟑螂措施。

7、作业地面清洁，下水道通畅，无积水。

8、加工场所整洁，无积灰，墙壁及天花板无霉斑，无脱落。
