答：2019年4月1日开始，纳税人购进国内旅客运输服务的进项税额可以抵扣。现行政策并未对除增值税专用发票以外的国内旅客运输服务凭证设定抵扣期限。

根据国家税务总局的答复，目前旅客运输与道路通行费增值税电子普通发票的抵扣期限并没有规定抵扣期限。所以不受到自开具之日起360日内须在增值税发票选择确认平台勾选确认才能抵扣进项税额的限制。
